1. Overview

FirstNest Laughter provides wellbeing education through text-based guidance and live instruction. The Services may include lesson materials, workshops, emails, downloadable resources, community discussions, and support communications.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility and Scope

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase a course or workshop unless a parent or legal guardian provides consent and completes the purchase on your behalf.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Services, including those who only browse informational pages.

Our content is educational and informational only. It is not medical, psychological, therapeutic, diagnostic, or treatment advice, and it is not a substitute for care from qualified professionals.

If a live session is rescheduled due to instructor availability, technical issues, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, we will provide updated session details or reasonable alternatives such as a replacement date or access to a recording (if applicable).

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services or help anyone else do so. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Attempting to access, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network used by the Services.
• Interfering with or disrupting any user, host, or network, including by sending malware, overloading, spamming, or scripting abusive behavior.

All course materials, text, videos, recordings, graphics, branding, and site content are owned by FirstNest Laughter or licensed to us, unless otherwise stated.

Subject to these Terms and your purchase (if applicable), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the materials for your personal, non-commercial educational use.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or share access to the materials without our prior written permission.

If the Services allow you to submit content (for example, messages, comments, or feedback), you retain ownership of your content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, and display that content solely for operating, improving, and providing the Services.
